Client Services Teller- Entertainment & Sports Banking WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Teller will be responsible for processing a wide range of over-the-counter branch transactions within Entertainment Operations, with the exception of new account opening. Candidates should ideally possess prior cash-handling experience, demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client experience, and support additional banking needs as required. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Responsible for the "back office" functions of the branch.
  • Provides Account Managers and the branch with the flexibility and expertise to perform the duties of the Client Service Representative functions at a moments notice. The Teller serves as a liaison between clients, business partners, courier services, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience delivered in a timely and risk-conscious manner.
  • This position requires direct, face-to-face interaction with clients and colleagues while managing cash and courier transactions, often under high-pressure and expedited circumstances. The ability to multitask effectively, navigate challenging conversations, de-escalate difficult situations, escalate matters to management when appropriate, and consistently provide white-glove service is essential to success in this role.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a bank branch or bank operations role with cash handling experience required
  • Minimum 2 year direct customer service experience required
  • Minimum 2 year of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Additional Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment required.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills required.
  • A general understanding of branch operations preferred.
  • Basic computer skills including ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to perform branch positions with minimal supervision required.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Regulations and Bank policies and procedures required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bank products and services required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle problem situations with colleagues and clients effectively required.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $18.39 - $27.62 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
