The Opportunity

The position will support City National Bank's Internal Audit in providing independent, objective assurance. 

The Responsibilities

• Performing Consumer Compliance audits, issue validation, developing and/or leveraging compliance test programs, testing the design and operating effectiveness of process and controls to mitigate Consumer Compliance risk.
• Role will include planning, executing consumer compliance audits in accordance with IA methodology and regulatory requirements, identifying control weaknesses, regulatory risks, and noncompliance issues, as well as developing practical recommendations to remediate gaps.  Role requires effective written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders. 

The Qualifications

• 3- 5 years of internal or external audit, regulatory exam or related experience in auditing or compliance testing of banking, mortgage lending, credit card regulatory requirements
• Audit and/or exam experience testing consumer financial regulations such as TILA, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, UDAAP, Fair Lending and banking regulations including Reg W, O
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present to peers and business management
• Effectively work independently, think innovatively, demonstrate critical problem-solving skills, and mange multiple audits simultaneously and meet deadlines
• CRCM – Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, CPA - Certified Public Accountant or CIA - Certified Internal Auditor, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $74.61/hour - $79.99/hour
