Title: WEB/Digital Experience Specialist at Circle K eMobility

We are looking for a talented and motivated Web Specialist to join our dynamic eMobility Marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our online presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms in Scandinavia and across Europe. Your contributions will be key to supporting our mission of providing exceptional eMobility solutions and making every customer journey enjoyable.

 
About the eMobility Marketing Team:

The eMobility Marketing team at Circle K is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to driving the brand strategy and customer experience for our electric vehicle solutions. We work on various aspects such as brand and marketing strategy, customer journey, conversion rate optimization (CRO), content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Our goal is to ensure that every interaction with our brand is seamless, engaging, and reflective of our commitment to making eMobility accessible and easy.


 

Key responsibilities include:

  • European Website Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of the eMobility websites across multiple European markets, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our brand strategy.
  • User experience optimization
    • Improve user experience across all stages of the customer journey.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic in different European markets.
  • Content Development:
    • Developing and executing a content strategy aligned with business objectives, the marketing strategy and main stakeholders needs
    • Collaborate with local marketing teams ensuring content is SEO-friendly, compelling, and tailored to various audience segments.
    • Secure effective translation processes for the different country specific websites.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor website performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize site traffic and user engagement across Europe.
    • You will use analytics to drive decisions, optimize the website and work closely with CRO
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product and development, to execute website initiatives effectively.
    • Partner with the brand and marketing strategy team, customer journey experts, to ensure a cohesive digital presence across all European markets.
    • Facilitating for use of the website in marketing activities
  • Local Market Support:
    • Provide tailored support and training to local business units in Scandinavia and Europe, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to maintain and enhance their web presence.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Web Specialist, Web Manager, or similar role, preferably with a European or international focus.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in web design and content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Understanding of UX principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and the eMobility industry is a plus.
  • Experience working in a European or multi-market environment is highly desirable.
