Senior Fuel Controller for Stock and Deal Control Team (working with Netherlands)

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Knowledge build over the fuel stock movements and controls for Netherland BU;

• Monitor and manage the movement of fuel products between terminals, distribution, and stations in SAP;

• Secure reconciliation, control and follow up on the fuel stock ledgers in SAP;

• Identify, analyze, and investigate variances connected to the fuel volumes and value;

• Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services, and other stakeholders as necessary to obtain information and address timely any discrepancies;

• Engage as subject matter expert in the fuel process design, testing, and enrollment of improvement initiatives and optimization;

• Identify and apply opportunities for enhancement and efficiency through standardization and adoption of best practices;

• Share knowledge and coach colleagues and stakeholders.

You will work in close collaboration with:

• Supply Operations;

• Finance & Control;

• External suppliers and partners.

Main requirements:

• Higher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting or related field;

• At least 3 years of experience within accounting, finance or stock control;

• Fluency in English is a must as you will be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in all our markets;

• Advanced skills in Excel and regular Office tools;

• Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage);

• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem;

• Improvement driven and engaged team player.
