Circle K is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our efforts in maximizing the effectiveness of CK's digital proprietary screens. As part of our Global Digital Operations team, you will spearhead projects focused on store operations engagement, deployment of digital screens, data cleaning and utilization, UI/UX improvement, and enhancing media playing capabilities. Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for CK's digital proprietary screens, outlining specific goals, KPIs, timelines, resources, and budget requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with Circle K's digital strategy. Store Operations Engagement:
• Work closely with store operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of digital screens across Circle K locations, optimizing their effectiveness and impact on customer engagement. Deployment of Digital Screens:
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment process of digital screens, from planning and installation to testing and maintenance, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Data Cleaning and Utilization:
• Be the project lead in collaboration with Global Director of Digital Screen Operations on strategies for cleaning and leveraging data collected from digital screens to gain valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends, driving informed decision-making and personalized customer experiences. UI/UX Improvement:
• Be the project lead on initiatives to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of CK's digital screens, collaborating with design and development teams to implement user-centric design principles and optimize customer interactions. Engage Media Playing Capabilities:
• Be the project lead for innovative ways to maximize the media playing capabilities of digital screens, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices to deliver captivating and dynamic content that resonates with target audiences. Team Collaboration:
• Provide clear direction and support to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives and business strategies. Risk Management:
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, adapting quickly to changes and challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery. Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks, and facilitating productive discussions to drive decision-making and problem-solving. Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers, and identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and track budget allocations to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing the impact on project objectives and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices, implementing changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex digital projects, preferably in the retail or digital signage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital signage technologies, including hardware and software components, content management systems (CMS), and data analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, retail operations, and knowledge of retail media advertising strategies is highly advantageous.
