Inner Circle is Circle K's first free membership program in the U.S., providing fuel, food and thirst rewards to customers. It is live in over 4,000 stores nationwide with three additional business units scheduled to launch in the coming year. Inner Circle is one of the most important, high-visibility initiatives at Circle K, recognized for its strategic importance and leadership oversight.  

POSTION OVERVIEW

The Loyalty Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in the development and execution of Inner Circle marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will involve managing the end-to-end process of campaigns, including BU (Business Unit) launches, POP creation, consumer testing, and maintaining brand cohesion across all platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing creative submissions for owned and paid media assets. Your role will also encompass conducting consumer testing, managing agency relationships, and conducting post-mortem analyses to evaluate campaign results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

360 Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute Inner Circle 360 marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the development of media and creative briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation, enhancement, and reporting of media deliverables for campaigns.
  • Manage the dynamic link/app tracking process for media tracking purposes to include link creation, maintaining naming conventions, and pulling results to provide valuable insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships and the implementation of test and learn objectives, including planning executing, analyzing results and applying insights to optimize strategies.
  • Co-lead the relationship with BCW, Circle K's communication and PR agency, to enhance and coordinate PR initiatives for upcoming Business Unit launches, ensuring optimal impressions and reach based on key markets.

BU Launch Support:

  • Provide 1:1 support to Business Unit contacts to facilitate the launch of Inner Circle in the remaining three markets
  • Provide marketing guidance and best practice sharing to brand managers and marketing directors
  • Support the sign order process to include reviewing offers to ensure POP optimization alignment; analyze and optimize current workflow to establish a streamlined and more efficient process.
  • Facilitate the coordination of additional Customer Service Representative (CSR) and customer promo items for launch.
  • Travel may be required prior to launch to meet with the Business Unit team to discuss marketing support and expectations.

POP Creation and Consumer Testing:

  • Manage the creation of the promo cycle toolkit, coordinating with the merchandise team, internal production, brand teams, and Vivid (print vendor) to develop and execute the creative toolkit.
  • Conduct consumer testing initiatives via UsabilityHub to gather feedback on POP materials and campaign messaging and share results in an insightful way to help guide creative decision making.
  • Support toolkit proofing process, providing insights and creative brand direction on Business Unit specific signage
  • Submit Workfront briefs for POP creative and updates.

Creative Asset Management:

  • Ensure brand cohesion across all campaign materials and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Manage the submission process for creative assets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to obtain necessary assets and ensure adherence to campaign timelines and specifications.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

  • Enhance and oversee the management of the landing page, which involves updating terms and conditions, visuals, assets, and incorporating optimization recommendations from DAC, to optimize the Inner Circle landing page and enhance overall digital marketing performance.
  • Support new loyalty campaigns throughout the program life cycle – concept, execution, post-mortem.
  • Develop and coordinate standard reporting/analytics deliverables for campaign initiatives; Prepare materials, documents and data related to various marketing campaigns and initiatives.  Work hand-in-hand with our Analytics team to define success metrics; measure and report on the impact of our work; and develop models or analyses needed to power our work.
  • Proactively engages internal and external stakeholders to assist in the planning, preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and related activities.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Legal, Privacy, and other functions to ensure that we are developing loyalty & engagement marketing experiences and campaigns that meet privacy, legal, policy, and customer experience standards and requirements.
  • Facilitate optimal collaboration and communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and within the various networks of the specific campaign.
  • Participate in global team meetings and other forums as needed.
  • Ad hoc problem solving and day to day tasks as needed to support the needs of campaign initiatives

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing or business experience.
  • Proficient in interpreting and analyzing marketing data and analytics to drive actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite products.
