We are creating new Auditing Teams for our Montgomery, Birmingham and Huntsville Alabaman Markets.

What you will be doing:

Travel daily to stores within the Region to conduct physical inventories of store merchandise utilizing a handheld scanner. Upon completion of the audit, the auditor works with the Store Managers to review the audit results and communicates the results and observations to the Audit Supervisor and Operations Management.

As an Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for:

1. Verifying merchandise and cash in each of the Circle K Company stores by conducting a physical count.
2. Notifying store managers of wrong prices and pull out-of-code merchandise.
3. Counting and verifying cash assets on site.
4. Verifying money orders, lottery tickets inventory and bank deposits.
5. Verifying gasoline inventory.
6. Perform surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
7. Working in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
8. Working independently with little supervision.
9. Performing multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment.
10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Requires 1 year of inventory auditing experience or retail experience in a convenience store environment.
3. Must have a valid driver's license with no major offenses and current liability car insurance.
4. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range.
