SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic B2B sales leader who is professional, competitive, consultive, and strategic. As Director of Key Accounts for the B2B Team, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive significant business growth while developing long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the fleet and truck market across the US. This position can be located at any one of our Circle K Business Unit office locations across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain key accounts in alignment with company strategies and goals.
  • Foster strong senior level relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and solutions that meet the needs of key accounts
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities
  • Implement frameworks and processes that streamline account management and enhance customer experience
  • Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers to achieve key objectives and targets
  • Successfully drive and manage formal tender processes
  • Accountable for delivering on agreed commercial and sales targets
  • Ensure strong ”One team” spirit and collaboration with other key stakeholders in and outside the US B2B Sales Organization, in line with Circle K's values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales leadership
  • Proven experience managing senior level relationships within a corporate environment
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused and consultive selling approach
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a One Team mindset
  • Professional networker with the ability to connect Key Account team with decision makers
  • Results-driven individual who plays to win and exceed targets
  • Self Driven and “Play to Win” mindset
  • Continuous learner looking to make themselves and those around them better
  • Proficiency as a user and sales leader with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
