Certification Details
• BLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS required

Job Details
• Stepdown RN needed for 13 weeks with possible extension
• 3x12 or 4x12 (OT billed after 48 on 4x12) Nights Shift 7pm-7:30am; weekdays, EOW, Float, Holidays within contract.
• Must be willing to float. Must have Charge experience. MUST HAVE STRONG NEURO EXP
• Offering but not requiring 48/4x12 hour contracts (OT billed after 48)
• Skills required: vents, IV start, Telemetry, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation, Neuro IV titration, Insulin IV experience, strong Neuro experience required (post brain surgery, EVD exp/ventriculostomy)
• Patient types in SDU: This is a general SDU with a variety of patient populations.
• Typical Ratios are 1:4, sometimes 1:5
• Must be EPIC proficient - NO EXCEPTIONS
• 3 years experience preferred (will consider strong candidates without 3 years), travel experience preferred
• Local Rules: No RN candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 50 miles from facility.
