Our Regional Manager is our coach when it comes to overseeing our management staff and developing top talent within our sports bars. You will serve as the liaison between the units and the support center ensuring strong communication. As a Regional Manager you will focus on daily sales, marketing plans and unit operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.


  • You know the business. You have 5 plus years of knowledge and understanding of multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • You know the rules of the game. You have general knowledge in functional support area, including HR, Training, Marketing, Finance and Development. You strive to provide the ultimate experience for your guests.
  • You're Team focused. You have a passion for training and developing your Team. Oversee and coach restaurant management staff in assigned units.


You'll be working for the hottest brand around and have tons of fun doing it. As a Regional Manager, you'll be eligible for quarterly bonuses, an annual performance-based wage review and a comprehensive benefits program. You will have the resources to be at the top of your game. Everything that we put into developing sauces for our famous wings, we put the same vigor into developing and growing our Regional Manager.

Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

The Regional Manager position will require regular weekly travel between the Louisiana and Mississippi markets, and maintain a work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
