Job Description
**TEMPORARY POSITION FOR THREE MONTHS**
Founded in 1989, TestLink has been a key player in the ATM industry for over 30 years. As a company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to reducing the cost and environmental impact of ATM management by delivering high-quality, reliable ATM parts globally. Recently acquired by the US-based Brink's Global Services, we are at an exciting juncture, expanding our reach to over 250,000 serviced ATMs worldwide. We're looking for motivated and practical individuals who want to learn, develop and grow with us.
Schedule: M-F 9am-5:30pm
Hourly Rate: $17-$18
Objective
- The accurate handling and storage of parts and materials
- Take ownership of assigned processes
- Support and contribute to our Positive and Collaborative working environment
Qualifications/Experience
- 2+ Years Warehouse/Inventory Control experience preferred.
- General Proficiency navigating Microsoft Windows, and MS Office programs is Required.
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Software Used:
- 2+ Years Warehouse/Inventory Control experience preferred.
- General Proficiency navigating Microsoft Windows, and MS Office programs is Required.
- MS Office, (Excel, Teams), Proprietary Inventory Management systems
Key Duties
- Quality Control
- Ensuring stock accuracy and inventory system is up to date including:
- Booking in inventory
- Picking and packaging orders and ensuring they are ready for collection.
- Weekly Audits + Safety Inspections (as assigned)
- Accurately Verify and receive inventory
- Loading and Shipments
- Forklift experience preferred, not required (will train)
- Responsible for quality through observation of best working practices at all times.
- Flexibility to assist other departments periodically
- Taking ownership of your Process, providing insight & innovation
