Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic program leader to manage the centralized routing and control tower initiatives for Brink's, overseeing the transformation of operational processes across the enterprise. This role will drive the establishment and execution of a dynamic, scalable, and efficient centralized routing service model, as well as lead the implementation of a global Control Tower structure. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on standardization and process improvement across multiple regions. Extensive travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Program Leadership:
· Develop and implement a unified strategy for the rollout of a centralized control tower and dynamic routing system across global operations.
· Oversee the transition from regional to centralized CIT planning, enhancing the global routing model to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
· Ensure the Control Tower and routing processes are standardized across regions, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
· Establish regional monitoring hubs and coordinate with business units to align operational strategy and execution.
· Drive operational performance improvements through standardized planning, data-driven decision-making, and real-time route optimization.
2. Program & Technology Integration:
· Lead the standardization of routing, planning, and operational processes in collaboration with global technology teams.
· Partner with IT and data teams to define data needs, integrate systems, and ensure smooth execution of centralized processes.
· Oversee the development and optimization of a stable, scalable platform to support the global control tower and routing model.
· Utilize data and analytics to provide visibility into operations, enabling continuous improvement in both operational and commercial performance.
3. Program Management and Execution:
· Partner with a global team of project managers, subject matter experts, and lean professionals to drive successful implementation of routing and control tower initiatives.
· Develop and manage a detailed program roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and key deliverables.
· Maintain budget, schedule, and scope control across multiple geographies, ensuring timely execution of projects.
· Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture to achieve program objectives.
· Resolve any program challenges or roadblocks swiftly to keep initiatives on track.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the global control tower and routing program.
· Engage with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to provide status updates, address concerns, and align expectations.
· Drive alignment across business leaders in different regions, securing buy-in for the global standardization of processes.
5. Risk Management and Compliance:
· Identify and mitigate potential risks related to program execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
· Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential program disruptions.
6. Change Management and Training:
· Partner with Change Mgmt COE to Lead the development and implementation of a global change management strategy to ensure smooth transition to the centralized routing and control tower model.
· Provide training, support, and resources to help teams adopt new systems and processes, ensuring high adherence to standards.
· Create and communicate best practices, SOPs, and training materials to support effective operational execution across regions.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning to drive ongoing optimization and efficiency.
7. Travel Requirements:
o Travel extensively to Europe, LATAM, North America and Asia to oversee project implementation and engage with regional teams.
o Ensure consistent communication and coordination across all regions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Proven experience as a change agent to drive operational efficiencies and standardization of processes.
· Strong understanding of operational processes, data and technology stack adherence, project management methodologies, and commercial processes.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects with multiple stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.
· Willingness and ability to travel extensively to Europe, LATAM, and North America.
Change Management Skills:
· Proven experience in developing and executing change management plans.
· Ability to influence and align country business leaders to support global standardization of processes, data and technology stack.
· Strong training and development skills to prepare teams for new processes and systems.
· Expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
