We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion ERP Program Director to lead and oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our Oracle Fusion ERP system across multiple countries, including Europe, LATAM, and North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-regional implementations. Extensive travel to the regions will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP across multiple countries.

  • Align the ERP implementation strategy with overall business objectives and regional requirements.

  • Ensure the project plan includes timelines, milestones, and deliverables that meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Technical Leadership and Expertise:

  • Provide strong technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

  • Ensure the technical integrity and quality of the implementation process, from requirements gathering to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and customization efforts to ensure seamless operation across all regions.

Program Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the ERP program team, including project managers, IT professionals, and external consultants.

  • Provide clear direction, support, and oversight to ensure successful project execution.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP program-related matters.

  • Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and benefits.

  • Influence and align country business and IT leaders to ensure consistent support and buy-in across all regions.

Implementation and Integration:

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with existing systems and processes.

  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all regions.

  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays.

Change Management and Training:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to facilitate smooth adoption of the new ERP system.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring that employees are well-prepared for the transition.

  • Influence country business and IT leaders to embrace and support the changes.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel extensively to Europe, LATAM, and North America to oversee project implementation and engage with regional teams.

  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination across all regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

  • Completed at least 7-8 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations in a global, multi-regional context.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and business processes.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-regional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams.

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to Europe, LATAM, and North America.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including system design, configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Proficiency in data migration and management, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.

  • Expertise in managing ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM), and others.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS (Software as a Service) models.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related tools.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Change Management Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing change management plans.

  • Ability to influence and align country business and IT leaders to support ERP implementation.

  • Strong training and development skills to prepare teams for new processes and systems.

  • Expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
