Job Description

Brink's, Incorporated is the premier provider of secure logistics solutions, including transportation, ATM servicing, currency processing and other value-added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities. We have a challenging opportunity for a Manager, DRS Implementations Job Summary: The DRS Implementations Manager oversees various aspects of project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and delivery to the customer. This leader will help to deliver the monthly, annual, and quarterly implementation plan across the U.S. and Canada by leading a team of project managers in executing and delivering on robust project plans for installation of devices across various market segments. The leader will create monthly forecasts and dashboards for the business to achieve gross and net implementation targets.
 

Key Responsibilities: Provide overall operational leadership to a team of project managers focused on implementation of digital retail solutions. · Lead the continuous improvement process from contract signature to device implementation. · Partner with Product Development resources to understand new products and solution offerings to drive customer onboarding. · Partner with vendors and the vendor management to support the S&OP · Track implementation projects against service level agreements for on-time delivery. · Support First-Time Installation Success Rate targets. · Develop and implement strategic growth plans and forecasts to achieve device implementation targets and support the Brink's NA financial objectives. · Perform other duties as assigned or necessary. · Skillset transfer of all aspects of Digital Retail Solutions.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
· 5+ years' experience in project management
· 3+ years' experience managing a team of employees driving on-time delivery of premium solutions.
 · Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business / Business Management
· PMP Certification
 

Preferred Qualifications:
· 10+ years' experience in project management
· 5+ years' experience managing a team of employees driving on-time delivery of premium solutions.
· 3+ years' experience with Visual Analytics Tools · Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business / Business Management · PMP Certified

· Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
· Energetic and able to facilitate team collaboration, and able to drive actions across the organization.
· Ability to create followership and remove obstacles for the team.
· Strong interpersonal skills; able to form relationships with other leaders and stakeholders. · Excellent financial and business acumen
