We are searching for a Global Dir. Enterprise Architecture.

The Global Dir. Enterprise Architecture is responsible for building Brink's core capabilities surrounding enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure.

The Global Dir. Enterprise Architecture will report to the VP, Global Architecture & Technology and is responsible for driving tech strategy for all the enterprise capabilities. The role will partner closely with leaders from global regions and countries along with Accelerated Functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc..) to understand the business needs, put together a strategy roadmap, and establish a durable pattern to support Brink's growth and scale through technology and automation.

As a Global Dir. Enterprise Architecture , you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise architecture strategy for digital transformation within our organization. You will work closely with other global stakeholders to define and guide the global effort to activate digital solutions across the whole organization by definition and implementation of target architectures of custom solutions along with modern application platforms (CRM, ERP, Snowflake, etc.). You will also ensure that the architectures adhere to the best practices of data privacy and security.

Role & Responsibility

Delivery of Global Enterprise Architecture for digital transformation


Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, frameworks, and roadmaps that support the business objectives and enable innovation.

  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand the current and future needs and challenges and provide architectural guidance and recommendations.

  • Lead and facilitate the design and implementation of enterprise solutions that integrate various systems, platforms, and technologies, and ensure alignment with the target architectures.

  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance business capabilities and performance.

  • Influences the shaping of enterprise technologies and by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple systems (build and/or buy).

  • Lead technical solution architecture for significant impact, cross-functional initiatives, mainly focused on enterprise technologies.

  • Partner with the regional IT leaders to co-drive architectural imperatives and adopt engineering best practices within enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to deliver outcomes representing Enterprise systems.

Effective enterprise architecture governance

  • Establish an effective enterprise architecture governance process to enable agility and speed of delivery while ensuring adherence to architecture guidelines, operational excellence, and security standards.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the architecture and development teams and ensure the quality and consistency of the deliverables.

  • Manage and mitigate architectural risks and issues and ensure compliance with the data privacy and security policies and regulations.

  • Foster adoption by collaborating with stakeholders across the organization with effective communication, networking, and conflict management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex and scalable enterprise solutions using custom solutions as well as other SAAS platforms.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in AI, cloud, data, and integration technologies and architectures

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to balance trade-offs and manage conflicts.

  • Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF are preferred.
