We have a challenging opportunity for an Executive Assistant.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to different functions within the business. This position will represent Brink's professionally and regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic and time critical nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and complete travel or conference arrangements
Receive and screen visitors, handle telephone calls, notify appropriate personnel or record messages; scan documents; send, open, sort and route mail timely and appropriately
As directed by managers, liaise with all levels throughout the company on projects and requests to ensure the business receives needed information
Compose and type complex and routine correspondence, memos, presentations, charts, confidential material, forms, tables, etc., from rough draft, handwritten notes, or general verbal instructions
Recognize confidential information pertaining the department and/or company and maintain it in accordance with standard procedure
Help onboard new department employees
Maintain team calendars and internal electronic document repositories and filing systems
Generate reports based upon available data and implement department-wide tools and processes on data metrics and data collection
Assist with receiving, coding, and processing invoices directed to the company
Perform other duties as required or necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years secretarial/administrative experience supporting business leaders
Minimum of 4 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
Minimum of 2 years experience scheduling meetings/conferences
Minimum of 2 years experience maintaining calendars for departments
Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience IT and product development leaders
Experience creating reports providing critical data to drive business decisions
College or secretarial/business school courses

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
