The IT Inventory Specialist will collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on procurement and asset management. This is an in-person, full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no overtime required) based in Manchester, CT.

- Experience with inventory management or similar (1–2 years preferred)
- Create and send purchase orders for hardware, software, and services
- Maintain shipping and receiving records and ensure adequate stock levels
- Assist with shipping, resolve accounts payable issues, and support device management processes
- Create and maintain documentation for new and updated processes
- Issue RFQs, RFPs, or bids and track assets using asset management software
- Conduct and document periodic asset audits
- Deploy base images onto new laptops
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and asset management processes
Preferred Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes in an IT environment
- Vendor relations experience
- Familiarity with SAP
- Experience using asset tracking or ticketing platforms

Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
Physical Demands
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the office
- Move objects up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
- Stand or sit continuously to perform job functions
