Talent Sourcer – Early-in-Career & Sales Hiring (6-Month FTC)

Our Talent Acquisition team is deeply committed to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and we're looking for a dedicated Sourcer who shares that same passion.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies for early-in-career and sales roles.
- Identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, and referral networks.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to refine sourcing strategies and continuously enhance the hiring process.
- Stay informed on market trends and best practices to optimize talent attraction efforts.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You have experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with a focus on early-in-career or sales hiring.
- You are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring every interaction reflects BMC's values.
- You are skilled in using sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment technologies.
- You excel at building relationships and engaging candidates through compelling outreach.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
- You leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and drive hiring success.
