We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Technical Staff Recruiter to join our dynamic team and take ownership of the recruitment process. This role is ideal for a recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and screening technical talent, a focus on delivering a seamless candidate experience, and a commitment to meeting hiring goals with efficiency and quality.

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referral programs, ensuring strong and diverse talent pipelines.
• Conduct resume screening, interviews, and initial technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Support key talent acquisition initiatives such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts, employee referrals, and external recruitment events.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing insights and feedback based on recruitment outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies.

• You leverage your mastery of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms to deliver impactful results.
