As the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will lead the development and execution of our global compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy. You will be instrumental in designing competitive, equitable, and performance-driven reward programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. You will bring a deep expertise in total rewards and a strong ability to align compensation strategies with business objectives.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports business goals and enhances employee engagement.
- Lead executive compensation, broad-based compensation, and benefits programs globally.
- Ensure market competitiveness through benchmarking and compensation analyses.
- Oversee the design and execution of incentive programs, equity plans, and pay-for-performance frameworks.
- Drive global benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership to align total rewards strategies with talent priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Compensation Committee and company executives, to solicit feedback and proactively address Total Rewards-related concerns.
- Develop and organize agenda and meeting materials for the Compensation Committee, ensuring all content is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered promptly.
- Provide strategic guidance on rewards-related matters, including executive severance, change-in-control processes, employment agreements, M&A due diligence, and post-transaction plan design and harmonization.
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, RFP's, plan designs, and program performance with external vendors, brokers, and benefits consultants.
- Maintain compliance with global and local compensation regulations, providing governance over pay practices including EU Pay Transparency regulations and similar federal, state, and local requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in compensation, benefits, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices in total rewards management.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing total rewards team.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree and/or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP. CEBS) preferred.
- You have 12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits leadership preferably within an enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven organization.
- You have experience developing and designing a global total rewards strategy from the ground up.
- Experience working with boards of private and publicly traded companies.
- You have a strong financial acumen and understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues related to executive compensation, as well as global compensation and benefits programs.
- You have the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations, balancing multiple competing interests (e.g., cost considerations, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and internal equity).
- You have strong expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and variable pay structures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Proven ability to manage global compensation and benefits programs in a complex business environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and leadership teams.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $192,750 - $321,250
