Ashby's Ice Cream Sales Associate - Looking for a job with flexible hours where you will be challenged and have fun? Maybe you can work nights or days. Maybe you can work during the week or weekends. Maybe only 1 or 2 days per week. We are looking for great people to work for us, and your availability may be a great fit!
Qualifications
We look for these qualifications in our Ashby's Ice Cream Sales Associates:
- Good interpersonal skills so you will be able to work in a team environment and to help customers cheerfully.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy store environment.
- You must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds into and out of storage areas and coolers.
- You must be working toward a high school diploma or GED and have a work permit if under age 18.
- This is a part-time position, no prior experience necessary.

As an Ashby's Ice Cream Sales Associate you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming our customers and providing great customer service as you receive ice cream orders.
- Keeping the Ice Cream Sales area well-stocked, organized, and free of spills.
- Preparing the ice cream while customers wait and recording ice cream sales.
- Maintaining food safety standards by cleaning food prep equipment.
- Communicating inventory needs to the store management team.
- Assisting the store team in keeping the store looking great by cleaning areas inside and outside.
