Job Details
• Certified Surgical Tech (CST) position available.
• COVID VACCINATION now required for this health system.
• Unit Size: 8 beds.
• Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs.
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.

Job Requirements
• THREE YEARS (3) current CST experience REQUIRED.
• NBSTSA REQUIRED (Equivalent Certs (NCCT) not accepted).

Schedule Information
• SHIFT ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (block schedule).
• Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).

Unit Specific Information
• Non-billable Orientation: 8hrs.
• OT, Call-Back, and Holiday Multipliers: 1.25%.
• Call: $4/hour.
• Charge: Not applicable for this need.

Additional Details
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
