Job Details
• Temp Retail Pharmacist Needed! Mainly Outpatient, some inpatient as there are some drug room responsibilities. Mainly need someone to cover the retail pharmacy.
• The location of the position is at the Community Pharmacy, which is the retail pharmacy in Beaver, Oklahoma. It is located within the walls of the critical access hospital.
• Contract length: Open to 13 weeks or shorter, facility is also open to doing month-month.
• Start: August 7th.
• Shift: For the month of August, they are needing someone to work Wednesday through Friday (3days/week) from 9am-5pm. Thereafter, it could be possibly five days a week but that has not yet been determined.
• Pharmacist in Charge for both the retail pharmacy and the hospital drug room.

Job Requirements
• The PIC is required to have a pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and must be licensed by the State of Oklahoma.
