The Basics Location: Cherryvale, KS Compensation: $25/hr and up Days/Hours: You will work Wed 12:30am to 6:30am and Thurs, Fri, Sat 6:30pm to 6:30am. You will work all holidays that fall on your scheduled work days and you will receive holiday pay on top of your normal hourly pay. Equipment Used: Various diagnostic, repair and install tools These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Bartlett: Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) with match Uniforms provided Over time that pays 1.5 x your hourly rate PPE provided by the company Boot reimbursement Cold weather clothing reimbursement A culture of safety Uniform Services Time Off (USTO) Uniform Services Differential Pay A culture that appreciates Team Members What you'll be doing: Take responsibility for safe work behavior Properly maintain work areas and company issued property Performing preventative maintenance tasks per CMMS Prioritize tasks with the supervisor Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment Recommend changes, modifications, or upgrades of equipment to improve machine reliability and performance Removal and installation of motors, blowers, and various equipment Termination of wire at components Troubleshooting of 480-volt 3-phase electrical distribution systems Troubleshooting of control systems Upgrading of outdated systems and components Capable of effectively communicating with program/software providers to troubleshoot electronics and automation Requirements to be successful in this position: High school diploma or GED Experience in a processing plant, refinery, mill, or elevator is preferred Reliable transportation For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English Available to work overtime and weekends Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications) Able to pass a criminal background check Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job can be physically strenuous You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces You will work at heights You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders You will be required to wear PPE
