Pediatric Hematology-Oncology-Hematopoietic Cell Therapy and Transplant (HCTT), Assistant/Associate Professor position at Banner-University Medical Center/University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics in Tucson, AZ

We are actively recruiting an outstanding Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist with a focus on hematologic malignancies to join a team of 6 Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Faculty and 5 Advance Practice Providers (APP) in Tucson, Arizona. Our integrated division expands in the greater Phoenix area with an additional 5 Pediatric Hematologists-Oncologists and 5 APPs . This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting edge, clinical multidisciplinary environment alongside active research programs. Qualified candidates for this clinical academic position will receive a faculty appointment with the University of Arizona consistent with their credentials. Position Details:

* Treat and manage pediatric hematology-oncology and cell transplantation patients in the inpatient and outpatient clinical setting
* Interest in growing and expanding the hematologic malignancy and HCTT program
* Participate in clinical translational research and educational efforts, including teaching of medical students and residents
* 1.0 FTE
* Collaborate with a distinguished group of medical professionals

We are seeking applicants with:

* BC in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
* Focus in hematologic malignancies, cell therapy and transplantation
* Interest in clinical research preferred
* Strong clinical skills
* Ability and desire to support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
* Desire to mentor and lead
