Nurse Practitioner - Endocrinology Job in Phoenix, AZ
Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our highly trained team of Endocrinologists and providers, along with shared dietician and pharmacy resources available. Our NP will become an essential member our Endocrinology Clinic by providing chronic disease management and patient education to new and existing patients. Interest in diabetes medical management and technology a plus.
Essential Functions and Qualifications:
- Highly energized and flexible nurse practitioner.
- Strong decision making and ability to function in a collaborative care model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- M-F | 8-5 | No Call.
- Outpatient clinic.
- Endocrinology experience preferred.
- Current, unrestricted NP Arizona license.
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
