In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

As a Lead, you will be in charge of a small group of engineers focused on a particular product line. The selected candidate will apply their skills in leadership and design in order to develop and support our “Design it Right” initiative for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.

The duties assigned to this senior engineering position, will include the following:

  • Complex electrical circuit design and analysis.
  • Firmware (VHDL) development including participation in DO-254 certification.
  • Scheduling and earned value reporting
  • Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.
  • Simplifying the Engineering Service Model, knowledge transfer by mentoring junior engineering talent.

It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals
Knowledge of FPGA's including Firmware (VHDL) development
Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools
Hybrid work format

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) Experience
DO-254 knowledge preferred
AS9145 knowledge preferred

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $134040 - $227880

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
