As a Quality Technician, you will be a team contributor on our first shift team, working on the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include supporting inspection and documentation review for deliverable hardware. Other job functions include working closely with process engineering to correct documentation and paperwork before the hardware moves to final inspection.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED with a Minimum of three (3) years of related quality technician or inspector experience or AA degree and 1 year minimum experience.
  • Ability to operate a computer, to read, analyze, and interpret data, technical information and documents.
  • Ability to understand problems, collaborate with other teams, and explore alternative solutions.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule with little instruction on daily work.
  • Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret numerical and technical data for reporting purposes.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Knowledge/experience in AS9102 First Article Inspection
  • Knowledge/experience with Mil-Std-883
  • J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 certification


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
