Job Description
The position is in a fast-paced environment; Requires a high energy, highly motivated person with the ability to learn quickly and work well with others. Offers great opportunity for exposure and growth in all Supply Chain areas and beyond. You will gain experience and knowledge as you interact daily with all operations disciplines within Supply Chain as well as Engineering, Technicians and assembly personnel. Great exposure to hands on Manufacturing environment.
Material – Coordinates the internal flow of material, kits, and manufactured hardware to ensure that required supplies support manufacturing schedules and Operations commitments on engineering and production programs. HEAVY Point of Use and cycle count Inventory controls to maintain compliances.
Production – Supports the manufacturing process by performing kit release, material support, and documentation maintenance activities within production and engineering lab environments to ensure that required supplies support manufacturing schedules and Operations commitments on engineering and production programs. Supports shipments to stock and Internal/External customers

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School Diploma and College degree and or working toward a degree in related Supply chain/Business Fields.
  • Experience with Solumina, Oracle, PDM, and TipQA a plus
  • Inventory management and production systems Knowledge required.
  • Good understanding of MS Office.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift (3pm-1am)


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Preferred hands-on experience with manufacturing and inventory management tools; Solumina, Oracle, PDM, and TipQA or other related ERP/MRP systems
  • Ability to learn quickly from on the Job partnering/training.
  • Secret Clearance preferred
  • Willingness to take advantage of opportunities for learning many new manufacturing process, quality and inventory management skills.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44000 - $70400

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
