Job Description:
Join our clinical team dedicated to providing comforting medical care for patients. As an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in Palliative Medicine, you'll deliver compassionate care across our hospital campuses, outpatient clinics, and House Call Program. Opportunities for Palliative Care consults with skilled nursing facilities are also available as our program grows.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver compassionate care.
- Assist in outreach and improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Medical Director.
- Rotate between hospital campuses and outpatient care centers.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current APN licensure in New Jersey.
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred.
- Highly compassionate and patient-focused approach.
