**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help residents move safely and comfortably, including transferring them to beds, wheelchairs, or other locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents; ensure proper infection control measures are followed.
- Provide companionship and support to residents, promoting emotional well-being and dignity.
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition according to their dietary needs.
- Document care provided and any observed changes in residents' conditions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each resident.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Certification:** Kansas certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) mandatory
