This position is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing a stable schedule that allows for work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and manage medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote their overall wellness and mental stimulation.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Document client progress, condition, and any changes in behavior or health.
- Respond promptly to client needs and requests, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Transport clients to and from appointments or outings, as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in caregiving, CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a caregiving or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform various care tasks.
