What you'll do:

As Regional Manager, you will lead all business initiatives in 9-10 locations in the Central Valley, Northern CA You will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical business leadership in the development and execution of the region P&L, sales, and operations strategy.

This position includes the Central Valley / Northern CA and reports to the Area Vice President.

 

  • Develop, lead, and implement the region's P&L programs, strategic & tactical activities for multiple locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the sellers in the region to include creation of meaningful seller plans and funnel management
  • Manage and grow existing and new customer opportunities using company business processes and cadence.
  • Manage all aspects of the region to meet customer needs and company profitability goals in headcount, inventory, margin, and net income
  • Hire, train, & develop strong performing team players.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations as required
  • Leadership by example. Create a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment

Qualifications

A Regional Manager brings credibility to the region through performance, professional qualifications, and leadership skills as well as leading by example. 

 

  • Documented success proactively managing P&L.
  • 5+ years' experience of proven strategic and tactical business leadership evaluating and implementing comprehensive customer service and sales programs and initiatives
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated background in talent management and associate development to build and retain highly motivated performance teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and organizational skills with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Mechanical aptitude in order to maximize your product knowledge and help guide customers to solutions
  • Systems proficiency in ERP and computer related systems
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $150,000 - $195,000 per year depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. All full-time associates are eligible for typical employment benefits expected from an industry leader (including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, life insurance, time off, employee assistance, etc.).
