We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Digital Order Representative at our Edmonton, AB location.
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Digital Order Team Lead, the successful candidate will work to provide expert assistance to customers and will build ongoing business relationships through repeated contact and consultation, specifically by maintaining customer portals across Applied Canada' Service Centres in order to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating and assigning portal and digital orders for customers
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and ensure timely delivery of products/services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Monitor account performance and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment to Service Level Agreements
Provide guidance to CSSRs on daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer data, portals, invoicing, etc
Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
Identify opportunities for cross/upselling products/services
Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that arise
Maintain data integrity and performing regular audits on digital/portal customers
Liaise with AR on digital customers overdue invoices as required
Provide additional order management and inside sales support as required
Other tasks and projects as assigned
Preferred Education & Experience:
3 or more years of Industrial sales experience with a focus on national, key, and/or strategic accounts
Relevant post-secondary education
Specific Skills:
SAP and customer service portal experience
Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed
Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as proven problem solving and analytical skills
Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work self-directed
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders
Able to work in a team environment and utilize all available resources
