Neonatology
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $350000.00 - $450000.00
A leader in healthcare services spanning three states seeks a Neonatologist to join its hospital staff. The incoming Neonatologist will be part of an excellent team of providers that includes five Physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers. The Women's Hospital performs approximately 3,100 deliveries annually, has a Level III NICU, and is a designated Perinatal Center by the Indiana State Department of Health. The healthcare system supports professional development, personal success, and a culture that values courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity, and optimism. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in neonatology.
- Opportunity Highlights The hospital holds the designation of a Perinatal Center by the Indiana State Department of Health, performs about 3,100 deliveries per year, and has a Level III NICU with an average census of 30
- Work in a women's hospital exclusively dedicated to addressing the healthcare needs of women and babies.
- Engage in various procedures, such as chest tubes, PICC lines, and intubations.
- Providers are not involved in ECMO procedures and surgeries
- Work with a dedicated support staff that fosters a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment
- Engage in teaching and mentoring, particularly with Family Practice Residents, contributing to the development of future healthcare professionals
- Participate in outreach programs at affiliated hospitals
