Cardiothoracic Surgeon
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $725000.00 - $800000.00
Merritt Hawkins invites you to explore a remarkable opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established practice in Southern California. In this role, an incoming surgeon will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and will be provided with tremendous practice autonomy. Incoming candidate should have an interest in helping to grow and build the thoracic surgery service line.
Opportunity Highlights
• Join an collegial team of surgeons + strong support staff
• Practice out of one clinic location and one hospital
• Step into an established practice with immediate patient volumes
• Hospital has 3 Cath labs, 15 OR Rooms, a hybrid room, and XI Da Vinci Robot
• Dedicated OR exclusive for cardiac with full-team-Cardiac Anesthesiologists, Perfusionists Registered Nurses, and a Surgical Scrub Team
• Excellent benefits package which includes sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and additional incentives
• Must have an interest in helping to grow the thoracic service line
