Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for internal tools, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the vision.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with internal tools development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
• University degree in a relevant field.
