THE ROLE:

Do you want to drive the future of computing? This is a deeply technical role embedded within the Product Management organization, focused on the successful Go-To-Market (GTM) of next generation EPYC features. You will define and execute GTM strategies for platform-level features, working cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful feature adoption and monetization. This role requires a strong technical foundation in server architecture, platform integration, and ecosystem enablement, paired with business acumen to drive feature ROI and customer adoption.

 

 

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a highly technical & results-driven Product Marketing & Management professional for EPYC product line. In this role, you will understand customer pain points, work with architects to understand the solution to address the pain point, position & market the feature, define and drive go-to-market plans at launch & at scale. Your deep understanding of the server hardware market and ability to deliver on both technical and business objectives will be key to the success of this role. Unwavering customer focus, high attention to detail, the ability to assess the outbound quality of collateral and assets, and excellent communication skills both written and oral is critical.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for platform-level features across CPU and platform including BIOS, software/firmware, and ecosystem components.
  • Understand and influence the feature roadmap for EPYC platform.
  • Collaborate with architects & develop customer facing collaterals to scale feature reach with cloud & enterprise customers.
  • Create use-case-based marketing content for to drive feature adoption.
  • Estimate feature ROI, explore differentiation & monetization options.
  • Support sales with training and marketing collateral to articulate feature value proposition.
  • Represent AMD in discussions with key customers and partners.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or a related role with a focus on server hardware.
  • Proven track record of launching server or high-performance computing products.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic marketing and GTM plans.
  • Deep technical understanding of server platforms, processors, systems, and software.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging both C-level executives and technical peers.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
