THE ROLE: 

We are searching for an experienced finance analyst to join our team and support the Global Operations Finance team. This is a role that will engage directly with Global Operations business unit as well as the Segment Business Units to help manage the global manufacturing processes that directly support the revenue, margin, supply chain, and operating expense targets of the company.

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain financial models used to support driving quarterly, annual, and long-range planning for cost of goods sold, operating expenses, inventory, and capital expenses
  • Support intra-quarter forecast/outlook process
  • Help drive presentations and reporting to executive management for financial-related inputs
  • Perform month end and quarter end close activities, support reporting and consolidation activities
  • Support spend analysis
  • Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting
  • Coordination with global cross functional teams
  • Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling skill is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills required to work on a wide range of initiatives
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and general understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Excellent understanding of/or skills with financial planning & reporting systems. SAP experience is preferable. SQL, data mining, and database management skills would be helpful.
  • Prior experience in supporting global manufacturing processes is a plus as well as experience in working with global cross functional teams

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
