THE ROLE: 

As a member of the G&E SOC team, you will play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge chip designs to life. As part of the front-end design and integration team, you will work closely with architecture, IP design, emulation teams, and product engineers to help ensure first-pass silicon success.

THE PERSON:

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented design verification professional with a strong background in front-end verification. You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You can lead complex verification efforts and drive technical execution while also managing dependencies across multiple teams.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Lead and manage design verification assignments, issues and implementation within the team to fulfill milestone requirement and scorecard metrics.
  • Develop verification strategy, including testbench architecture and staging plans, based on a solid understanding of data paths and design features.
  • Conduct test plan reviews and coverage analysis to ensure comprehensive verification.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues, manage risks, and close verification gaps.
  • Deliver clear and effective technical presentations to upper management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including emulation, performance, and DFT to manage dependencies and support integration


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Expertise in UVM, Verilog RTL, and simulation tools such as Synopsys VCS.

     

  • Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, and Shell scripting.

     

  • Demonstrated leadership experience at block or chip level.

     

  • Experience in people management and program management is desirable.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering.
