The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, high-energy, Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be a key member of an engaged, hard-working team—part of the outstanding, winning culture that is leading the next-generation technology.
This position coordinates and leads all aspects of administrative duties that pertain to supporting specific groups in Global Operations including director level support.
The Person:
- Organized, pays attention to details and is able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Independent worker takes initiative with minimal direction on projects
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and approachable style
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management to include director level
- Prepare documents: agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and some work in Excel
- Attend meetings; document and distribute meeting notes
- Respond to internal inquiries from supported teams
- Plan and execute group meeting logistics
- Responsible for tracking and handling seating assignments
- Arrange all aspects of travel
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Procure office equipment and supplies as needed
- Support the organization's managers, program managers, and the team as needed
- These tasks may include welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, including some calendar management for managers or the team
- Coordinate events such as communication meetings, external seminars, celebrations, etc.
- New hire orientation: Complete IT requirements for new hires; welcome new hire and work with the manager as needed.
- Work on special projects as needed
Preferred Experience:
- MS Office Skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail, customer service focus
- Strong initiative
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a lively environment
- Strong communications skills
Academic Credentials:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
