THE ROLE

Working in conjunction with AMD integration partners, you'll work to implement SAP's Integrated Business Planning application, for developing business process and systems solution in the areas of Demand Planning, Sales and Operation Planning, Operational, and Tactical Supply Planning for Finished Goods. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and expansion of capabilities after the implementation is complete. 

THE PERSON

Driven and motivated with leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate multiple internal stakeholders.  Manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline, with strong business acumen with the ability to establish trust / relationships quickly. Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams. Excellent communication skills. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation & maintenance of the IBP system.
• Managing configuration and integration tasks including modeling in IBP.
• Functional & technical specification for the required changes.
• Trouble shooting for any system issues.
• Coordinate with business and other IT teams to enable productive use of Planning Systems. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain planning including Demand / Supply planning, sales & operations planning, and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) with strong Domain experience in SC planning.
• Expertise in IBP S&OP – with all functionalities in demand, supply, and financials.
• Should have strong knowledge of SCM Planning and CPI-DS as interface between IBP S4 and other systems and data stores.
• Full hands-on IBP implementation experience, in addition to multiple Proof of Concepts in all IBP modules.
• Should have deep Demand Planning Skill & Supply Planning skill on Plan, Build and Deployment phases.
• Configure applications and provide functional oversight on Standard IBP tool procedures.
• Supports and drives the application architecture in IBP, and influences business process change and initiatives to deploy new functionality.
• Drive accountability and continuous process improvements within IBP Tool.
• Agile project management experience working with mid-sized projects.
• People management and development experience.
• Ability to work with senior business leaders and executives.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• SAP IBP certifications desired.
