THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate Customer Return testing activities. Customer Return testing activities involve gathering input from, and coordinating with, cross functional teams, as well as driving progress and execution of retest plans. This role will be key in driving efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, geographically distributed team, where partnership and collaboration are paramount. You possess excellent leadership capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an exceptional background leading cross functional teams and delivering results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of retest plans
- Manage and oversee Customer Returns which require retesting
- Ensure return testing requests are completed on time
- Provide timely and insightful updates to management
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders on RMA tools and processes
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Background in working with global teams and multi-site operations
- Experience managing highly cross functional projects or processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Ability to operate and drive results in an ambiguous environment
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and quality test processes
- Experience with Supply Chain (preferably RMA), reverse logistics, or manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability as a project or program manager
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
