Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring a Program Manager to Oversee and drive the operations of its Post-Silicon Validation organization. Develop and execute resource strategies for silicon validation programs. Create and maintain project management artifacts including schedules, processes, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs. Partner with finance teams to create and implement financial plans that support program success. Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide status updates, performance metrics, and strategic proposals to executive leadership. Identify areas requiring escalation and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with core and execution teams to resolve challenges and optimize program delivery. Collaborate with other operations groups on resource allocation and financial planning to drive efficiency across the organization. Collect, analyze, and publish performance data using dashboards and recurring reports. Apply data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights and define long-term strategic plans.

Qualifications: Degree required
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related program management role.
Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related program management role.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires three (3) years of experience in the following:
- Data analytics;
- Financial Management;
- Resource Planning;
- Executive presentations;
- Post-silicon validation methodologies; and
- Post-silicon validation planning and estimation.
