THE ROLE:
AMD's Legal Department is seeking adetail-oriented and proactive NDA Paralegal to join our collaborative Legal team. In this role, you will manage the intake, review, and processing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and related confidentiality matters that support AMD's global business operations. You will work closely with attorneys, business leaders, and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to ensure confidentiality agreements are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with AMD's policies. This position offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of commercial contracts and legal operations in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, draft, and process NDAs and confidentiality agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.

  • Manage intake workflows, track requests, and coordinate approvals through AMD's contract management tools.

  • Maintain and update NDA templates, playbooks, and guidance materials in alignment with company policies.

  • Provide clear guidance to business teams on NDA procedures, requirements, and escalation paths.

  • Prioritize and ensure timely turnaround of NDA requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Identify and escalate non-standard terms or complex issues to attorneys as appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline NDA operations.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience as a paralegal, contracts administrator, or legal assistant supporting commercial or corporate transactions.

  • Familiarity with non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality terms, and basic contract principles.

  • Experience using contract lifecycle management or document management systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

  • Ability to build effective relationships and provide excellent service to internal stakeholders.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience desired.
