THE ROLE:

Join AMD's dynamic marketing team in a highly visible role, where you'll own and manage the execution of key outbound marketing initiatives for our data center business. If you're a B2B marketer who thrives in collaborative environments, possess a keen eye for detail, and excels at navigating complex cross-functional teams, this role is tailored for you.

 

THE PERSON:

You are a B2B technology marketer with a deep understanding of diverse marketing channels, strong marketing program and resource management expertise, and effective communications skills who can orchestrate and execute flawlessly to marketing plans. Your natural curiosity and resourcefulness enable you to grasp both the strategic landscape and intricacies of execution. You are passionate about identifying opportunities for improvement and driving transformative change within AMD's marketing initiatives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support data center marketing leads on programs; partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) and stakeholders to carry out projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed comprehensive program plans, including creating a unified calendar, timelines, deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and drive a feedback loop to improve future programs.
  • Lead end-to-end and day-to-day management of data center marketing programs, from initial scoping to execution and delivery, and ongoing performance measurement.
  • Proactively anticipate workload and dynamic resource allocation needed for successful programs, develop, and maintain workback schedules, and clearly communicate status, priorities, and action items to extended teams.
  • Meeting management including calendaring and drafting summaries / recaps to ensure cross-team alignment. 
  • Closely collaborate across global marketing functions such as regional marketing, web, creative / production, and events, to ensure delivery of impactful programs that meet marketing objectives.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years successful marketing program management experience, with a track record of successfully executing on multifaceted B2B marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional program management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-guided and proactive, with strong ability to prioritize and complete multiple work streams in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environments.
  • General understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics – including marketing campaigns, content marketing, ABM, paid media, geo marketing.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.
  • The ability to summarize complex concepts into simple takeaways and actions.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Agency experience supporting B2B technology clients.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.  Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
