岗位描述：

进行多模态大模型的研究，包括但不限于Efficient VLM、RL-based VLA、efficient VLA等方向，在高水平会议或期刊上发表论文，将创新算法应用在amd平台上。

岗位要求：

1、计算机视觉/自然语言处理//机器学习相关硕士/博士在校生。

2、熟悉transformer，熟悉至少一种大语言模型（例如GPT/LLaMA/Deepseek等），对学术研究感兴趣。

3、有vlm或者vla相关项目经验，熟悉VLM或者VLA模型，如LLaVA系列、openvla，pi-0等。

4、熟悉Python编程，熟练掌握pytorch。

5、实习期6个月以上，每周实习4天以上。

加分项：

1、在人工智能、机器学习、自然语言处理等相关顶会/期刊发表过论文；

2、熟悉vllm等大模型加速框架。
