THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Server Business Unit. This role is a key position within the Product Operations & Analytics team. The role will manage inventory positioning across the product portfolio and work closely with internal stakeholders, providing the critical linkage between the Business, Product, Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain teams.

 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-directed, high-output individual with a background in business planning and strong experience in inventory management concepts. They'll navigate a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, adapting their communication style to various audiences at the working level and with executive leadership to make data-driven recommendations that have substantial technical, business, and financial impact. The person will possess the ability to build positive partnerships across teams to deliver centralized inventory reports and action plans on a timely, regular basis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver monthly Inventory Operations & AET-level presentations​
  • Present Inventory Operations presentations in Product Operations Forum
  • Support weekly Enterprise & Cloud Inventory Initiatives Meetings​
  • Initiate & lead discussions with Product Line Managers, Client, Product Engineering Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Operations to identify, action, and resolve inventory hot spots​
  • Drive weekly inventory tracking meetings with Supply Chain, Product Engineering Operations, Business Operations, and Product Line Managers (across time zones and with remote teams)
  • Use inventory analysis tools to evaluate current and projected inventory positions
  • Establish and maintain standard taxonomy for inventory KPIs, analysis, variable, inputs, and outputs
  • Analyze inputs with functional owners to drive accountability and data accuracy (i.e., specs, factory, yield)
  • Lead Inventory Dashboard Automation Taskforce and Implementation Projects
  • Define business requirements and document for automated inventory reporting​ needs
  • Navigate a fast-paced constantly changing environment, adapting communication style to various audiences

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant senior-level experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Planning or Technical Program Management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts for various opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics concepts
  • Skilled in synthesizing and communicating complex analysis and workflows for executive presentations
  • Experienced in waterfall project management and agile methodology to deliver continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding or/and hand-on experience of Business Intelligence software, data visualization and reporting tooling such Excel and Power BI

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
