THE ROLE: 

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

THE PERSON: 

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.  You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Point of contact for marketing customers master data setup/updates.
  • Liaison for Regional Marketing team and CBG (Master Data Maintenance Team) for marketing customer data setup/updates.
  • Procure and prepare sufficient appropriate documentation (W9, business registration certificate, supplier template, vendor master form, etc.) for the marketing customer set-up/updates.
  • Preparation of relevant reporting packages for management and business partnerAd-hoc assignment as deemed appropriate and necessary.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Point of contact for marketing customers master data setup/updates.Liaison for Regional Marketing team and CBG (Master Data Maintenance Team) for marketing customer data setup/updates.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Detail oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Self-starter, a team player and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Good Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office skills
  • Experienced in SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience in customer service environment (however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Professional Qualification or Post Graduate Diploma in Business / Commerce / Communications or in any relevant field.
