THE ROLE:  

We are searching for an experienced Manager to join our team and support the Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group (AECG) Finance team. The role will partner closely with Engineering, Product Planning, and Business Marketing & Planning to support product roadmap and portfolio financial analysis for the Business Unit. 

 

THE PERSON:  

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result-driven approach, desire to learn about the semiconductor industry, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Support AECG roadmap development and planning by developing new program ROI analysis, portfolio analytics, and NRE product strategy
  • Coordinate with partners across engineering, product marketing, and product planning to compile revenue, margin, and development cost estimates for existing and upcoming AECG products
  • Consolidate program financials into easily digestible presentations
  • Present program financials at monthly meetings and on an ad hoc basis to executives
  • Manage semiannual portfolio review process
  • Establish models and support accounting assessment for AECG's growing pipeline of ASIC programs
  • Coordinate with global cross functional teams 
  • Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis proactively and present findings 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems; drive efficiency through finance processes by automating, simplifying, or eliminating routine work 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  

  • Investment banking or consulting experience a plus
  • Semiconductor industry experience  
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems with cross-functional teams 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel building dynamic models on the fly
  • Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access a plus 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance
  • CFA preferred
